Hi, My previous thread regarding HP selling faulty laptops that don't work actually function properly was closed:
https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/HP-Omen-Audio-Drivers-not-working-with-Windows-10/m-p/7...
Is anybody going to respond or will HP just continue to scam customers and waste my time?
I spent £2,000 on a laptop that doesn't work and apparently there's nothing I can do about it, also I've wasted literally days trying to fix and researching the issue myself, rather than HP support actually come clean and admit that a Windows 10 updated renders some of their hardware unusable.

...also another thing for any potential customers reading, if you want to plug in headphones or mic you will most likely need to restart the application or laptop for it to actually switch.

Hi "Cheezy" from HP Support, I'm still having issues and when I try to email HP Support it says the email address is not monitored and suggests to go back to the time wasting website.
Also I've noticed there is no Stereo Mix option in the settings, which I need and would expect from even entry level machines, let alone £2,000 premium hardware with Band & Olufsen proudly stamped on the device.
