Hi all,
I just receivec my Spectre 360 in India from the USA (my friend gifted it to me) and I found two issues outof the box.
1. The specification says that it has quad speakers but i dont hear any sound from the front speakers (The speakers just above the keyboard), I hear only from the bottom speakers. Why?
2. The speakers (I presume just the bottom speakers) sound a little distorted sometimes. There is distortion from the 'ding' sound that windows makes everytime when I increase or decrease volume from the taskbar which kind of weird to me.
Now that the laptop is in India, I wont be able to return it to the US.
Any solution?
I have already done the basic steps like updating the bios and updating the audio drivers etc. I even tried resetting windows but nothing worked.
