HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-aw2000 (8UY96AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this laptop today for a very hefty amount and after a lot of research I went with this model though my preference was spectre 14 but that is not officially distributed in our region so I had to go with 13 instead....Within an hour after using i have found that it has pathetic crackling of sound from both the speakers on full volume and its a very clear crackling noise which is bothering me extremely and I didn't expect to had such a poor experience after paying such a hefty amount for this tiny laptop...it feels like i have bought a refurbished laptop

HP call this their premium series!!!
PATHETIC experience!

Hello Anon01,

in this case you could teardown your notebook to replace the audio speakers.

To be prepared, it's better to have the service manual from HP.

Please contact HP, maybe they will give you the link.

so you think that I will tear down the brand new hp spectre that i bought today by myself which is in 1 year official warranty?

Hello Anon01,

sorry, I did not read that you still have warranty. Then please claim the problem directly to HP support, as long as you can show proof of purchase (invoice), that would not be a problem and the warranty is still valid according to the purchase date.

That's it...

Please report your results.
