the buttons of bass treble etc are faded and not moveable 

i have tried disabling audio drivers and re enabling them , restarting my device , searching for updates for the driver but nothing seems to work. Please help

Hi,

 

Can you post back with the full Model No. and Product No. of your notebook - you can usually get this by holding down the fn key and pressing esc, otherwise see Here for a guide on locating this information.

I solved the issue my self by roll back driver and then re updating it. Thankso.
