Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0000 (9WF74AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I plug my Sony headphones into the port, the sound still plays through the laptop speaker. WH-X8700 headphones. They also are supposed to be wireless, but I can't get that to work either. Ideas? Thanks.
