I am trying to turn on my bluetooth on my computer. It keeps on saying "couldn't connect." How do I turn it on?

Your machine does NOT have Bluetooth. It only has Realtek RTL8188EE-VJ 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi adapter as shown:
