Hello

can you please let me know how to reset earbuds hp150 because right one not starting and also earbud case not showing white led. Fully charged more than 5 hours charged still binking orange light

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.  

  

To reset your HP Poly earbuds, you can follow these general reset instructions which are similar across various models:

Reset Earbuds

  1. Remove the earbuds from the charge case.
  2. Reset manually: While wearing the earbuds, press and hold each earbud button for about 10 seconds to reset the earbuds. The earbuds will power off during this process.
  3. The earbuds are reset when you hear "power on" and the device status.

Reset Charge Case

  1. Insert the USB cable into the case.
  2. Press and hold the case button while connecting the USB cable to a power source. This action often wakes up the deep sleep mode of the case.
  3. The case is successfully reset when the case powers on and the LEDs display the battery status.

After following these steps, ensure that both the earbuds and the charging case are properly reset and try pairing or charging them again.

Tht issue is being faced by many customers even me, but u would prefer using earbuds of companies such as bolt, etc... and prefer to visit nearest store posssible, Hope this helped u.😊
