I have a problem with my microphone. it does work but the quality of voice is not good at all. there is a lot of noise . in webinar nobody can hear me clearly.

Hello @Faramarzkord .

 

You want to clean around the microphone, could be some debris around the microphone.

I am not using an external Microphone and the notebook is a brand new one.

Have you tried running the built-in Windows 10 Troubleshoot tools for microphone?

 

If you type in Windows Search bar, Microphone, you should see a 'find and fix problems with speech'.

yes I have done all 6 levels of troubleshooting for audio devices and Microphones.

I'm curious, when you do a local recording, do you hear the same results as the webinar? Cause if the local recording sounds clear, then it could just be something with the webinar software.

Yes, I recorded with  voice recorder App and there was the same problem.

Okay, have you verify that you have the latest HP audio drivers on machine? If you have the HP support assistant software it should be able to check for you.
