I recently had my hard drive replaced and I am trying to get back all my original programs, drivers, and software back on my laptop. My laptop was a refurbished laptop but it had all original software. No since I've replaced the hard drive, I have nothing. Also, a backup was unable to be completed due to the hard drive failure. So how would I get all orginal software restored? They did restore Windows 7, but that's it. For example, I was listening to my music on my Zune player earlier and realized the sound was horrible. My laptop did come with Beats Audio but I don't think it's there anymore.

Terrence78,
I understand you recently had the hard drive replaced but no software is installed on the computer.
Your best bet would be to contact the HP support help desk at 1-800-474-6836, and order the original factory created disk for your computer. They normally run around the ballpark for 12-30 bucks so it varies mainly depending on the shipping.
Now the disk will include the original factory operating system, software and drivers for the hardware.
Hope this helps you out.
Thanks
