Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 17m-cg1013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I cannot reactivate the internal microphone after Intel Driver and Support performed a clean installation of my graphics driver. The only option for my microphone device now is Intel Microphone Array with Intel Smart Technology as its driver. I'm not sure if this is the correct driver or device, but the menu options say Front Jack and the format drop-down is empty. I have tried rolling back the drivers, installing other drivers and so on, but nothing has worked. Does anyone know which driver I need and what the device is called?

I have the same situation on my laptop after update  windows 11 version 23H2 from windows 22H2

my laptop is a VICTUS 16speaker.pngmicrofono.pngUpdate.pngpossibile rollback.png
