Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So The thing is 2-3 weeks ago i suddenly noticed a red cross on the speaker icon.at first i thought it was muted so i didn't focused on it much but when i tried to listen to an youtube video i found out the sound was not coming out i tried to fix it on my own using the device manager but it didn't worked then i contacted hp support they told me to reset the PC.I did but the issue was still there.I tried HP cloud recovery..failed at "recovery attempt failed" thing.. couldn't use it for some days ..then i installed windows through windows media creation tool. Then again tried to install realtek drivers...as usual still giving me BSOD while installing.only the 2018 one installs but still getting no sound and the audio inputs and outputs tab is missing from device manager...please help
