HP Envy 360 (2020)

The internal mic works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t.  Today my audio went out during a gotomeeting call. Also, when I check the microphone sound settings sometimes the blue bar will move slightly and other times it doesn’t move at all. I’ve also gotten feedback from people on the other end of my calls that they are hearing a reverberation. I bought this computer one month ago. I checked and the drivers are up to date.
