I can't seem to connect my laptop to other devices via bluetooth.  How do I find out if my notebook has bluetooth and if so, how do I pair it to other devices?  Help.

Hi:

Below is the link to the product specs page for your notebook.

https://support.hp.com/hk-en/document/c03138555

It does not come with built in bluetooth networking, or that feature would have been listed along with the 802.11b/g/n WLAN  wireless connectivity specification.

The easiest thing to do to add bluetooth to your notebook would be to purchase an external USB bluetooth adapter.

I use this one, for example...
