I am facing issue with audio since long time. The audio is muted with message "No output device installed". These days I was able to connect my external device through bluetooth but even that is not working now. Issue with driver, I have contacted the HP Support as well and they suggested to reach out to a technician outside. Please suggest a solution!!!

Hi @Pranay_Karipe,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Pavilion Plus 14 shows "no output devices found," it usually means there's a problem with your audio drivers, which could be outdated, corrupted, or not properly configured;
Please try the below steps and let me know how it goes:
Step 1: BIOS Restore:
1) Shutdown the computer and keep the charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B button until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow on-screen instructions and click on OK
Step 2: Update audio drivers:
1) Open Device Manager.
2) Expand "Sound, video and game controllers."
3) Right-click your audio device and select "Update driver."
4) Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software."
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
