Hi,
I checked my warranty status using the HP product warranty check. Resulting that the warranty started on the 26th of May 2016 and expired on the 27th of May 2017.
I know that in many countries warranty is valid for one year, while in Italy the warranty is valid for 2 years for new goods. Checking online I found this link.
Today my B&O hardware sound started reporting some sound issues, are these covered by the warranty?
Should I refer to the direct seller?
Hope you can help me.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
