Hp Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After sending my laptop for repairs in the last 2 weeks the when I plug in my earphones (headphones) the screen goes blank and the laptop goes to sleep. The only way it seems to wake up is when I remove the earphones.

I have tried updating the audio drives and unistalling and checking troubleshoot is therw are any issues and it doesn't pick any up.

I did catch a break about an hour ago when I reset all the audio setting to default but an hour later it decided to go to sleep while I was watching a video and refused to turn on until I removed the earphones. I changed the earphones and I encountered the same problem so now I don't what to do because Noone else seems to have had the problem.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
