Product: HP PAVILION LAPTOP 15-CW1063WM

Just bought this laptop brand new.  It has windows 10 I dont know if its 32 or 64 bit. 

The volume goes up and down, but mainly stays low 98.9% of the time.  I have everything turned up all the way. The drive is updated. It just suddenly started doing it. I went through all the audio systems on the computer and everything is turned up. Please help.
