Sorry but the problem of dropping the audio still exits. I did a hard reset of the bios and it did not change anything. I use bluetooth hearing aids for playback. All the audio software has been updated. I don't understand this problem because I can stream the same audio on another older PC without a hitch. The computer with the audio problem is a HP 17 laptop with windows 11 and Realtek audio device and the pc is a Asus mother board with an intel display audio. The problem exist in the audio from the laptop or you tube. I thought it might be my hearing aids but when listening to the audio with the pc the audio works fine. I tried to go to the Realtek website to update the drivers but no luck. This hp laptop is not a top of the line laptop. Can the audio drivers be changed?
