Pavilion Laptop
Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP Pavilion Laptop. On the keyboard the volume mute works ok.

However the volume "plus" turn volume to 1 level only. The on screen slider goes all the way up to 100% but the volume is the same level throughout.

I can control the volume in a program like Netfix if I use the volume slider in that program.

I have un-installed from device manager my audio drivers and re-started but the problem is the same.

Any ideas please?

Thank you.

I just reinstalled the Realtek sound driver on my laptop.  My audio keys are functioning again.  Hope this works for you!

How did you go about updating the driver? Was this a free download?

Thanks
