Thank you for the update,
I appreciate your time and efforts,
I understand deleting the driver will stop the audio completely, which is why I recommended that you install the correct version from the HP Website once the drivers causing these issues are removed,
That said, I'm glad you found the multi-streaming option, however, that was supposed to be a part of the next set of steps I had in mind for you 😉
Here's an HP Article that explains how to change the beats audio settings: Click here for step by step guidance.
(Though the header/title may be different, the steps will help resolve your concern).
Keep me posted,
If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,
Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,
Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum. Have a great day!

@Riddle_Decipher
I've messed around with the sound options in the Beats audio before so I know the basics. The only problem is, as soon as I enable Multi-Streaming, editing the sounds (Bass/Treble etc.) has no effect anymore. These settings only affect the sound quality of the normal individual sound source when Multi-Streaming is disabled.
Also, my Beats audio center has way less options than the one displayed in the HP guide.

Thank you for replying,
The program is supposed to have all the options available to choose from if they aren't available
you will need to uninstall the program and install a different or newer version to resolve the issue,
I have two links for you, try one after the other, in case the first softpaq doesn't do the trick:

or

@Riddle_Decipher
After running both executables (the first one didn't work because of compatibility issues and the second one didn't seem to do anything) I decided to restart my laptop.
I don't know what exactly happened but now the sliders that I tested (Youtube/iTunes) are now all working properly without Multi-Streaming enabled.
The only thing that it also did is, the sliders in beats audio don't do anything at all anymore. However, this is not really a problem as the sound quality is exactly the same as I left it when tweaking with the sliders.
So in short, beats audio is kind of broken but "remembered" my quality preferences and all the sliders work how they should.
All in all, a solution I could live with ^^ I'd like to thank you a lot for your time and effort ^^
