Hello,

I believe to be having issues with my microphone audio. My speakers are working just fine, though my microphone appears to be having issues. On Zoom, Skype, and Google Meets, those who I am talking with can no longer hear me. This issue is new within the past 3-4 days.  The microphone audio does not even register on the Zoom, where you can test the microphone. It does not pick up my voice, but it picks up audio from my speakers when someone is talking. When I go to test my audio on Zoom and speak freely into the phone, it acknowledges that I am talking, but no one can hear me. However, when I put in headphones, it appears to be fine.

I went to my computer's Windows settings to make sure that Zoom, Skype, and Chrome have access to my microphone, everything is on and has permission to use the microphone. When I test the microphone in the actual computer settings, it registers that there is sound coming through as well, though it softly picks it up. Only where I yell will it pick up more than 50% of the audio.

I ran a scan on my computer and everything looks to be okay. So I don't know what the problem is! It's exponentially getting frustrating as I depend on my microphone for participation with my college classes.

Any help would be very, very much appreciated. Thank you so much.
