Microphone cuts out when using Zoom

Hi everyone,

When using Zoom, my microphone seems to be working fine when I test it, but then often cuts out intermittently while I'm talking during meetings. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

During that time, did you check the microphone icon to see its status ?

I attended few zoom meetings and the some Hosts shut all microphones off, then allowed to come on ONLY for each person  when whoever wanted to talk to avoid external sounds such as a barking dog,
