Product: ZBook 15 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't get running any microphone on my ZBook 15 G4. Noither internal nor external produce any sound, Audio dririver is up to date. Speakers sound is ok. Please help!

If you have not done so,

Check to see what Windows thinks about the microphone.

 

Settings > System > Sound

Troubleshoot the device (various tools on the Sound menu / screen - scroll down to see "Have a question")

and / or

Check related items for the microphone and its use.

For example:

Check the Privacy Settings (scroll down - look under "Related Settings")

Ensure the microphone is allowed to use your application

Thanks for your hits, however I've checked evrything in Windows setup and I can't get any sound input device running.
