My beats audio has been removed from my pc?
is it because im using window 10
how can i reload it?
my volume is very low atm

Hi,
Can you post back with the full Model No. and Product No. of your notebook - you can usually get this by holding down the fn key and pressing esc, otherwise see Here for a guide on locating this information.

Hello gvil<
Please find the following steps, and would appreciate, on recieving a reply.
Don't change the "IDT high definition driver" as an other user says to do!! use the same driver that you used in windows 8.1.
To solve the audio issue you have to:
- click right on the speaker icon on the right of your desktop;
- select "playback devices";
- select "advance" and change the default format with an higher or lower value;
- apply
