Necesito ayuda: No tengo audio, Instalación de altavoces(UNKNOWN)

Acabo de actualizar mi windows a la version 10 Home Single Lenguage y no tengo audio, mis dispositivos de audio son Dolby Advanced Audio,  no aparece ningun tipo de dispositivo de audio solo el HDMI, y en el icono de audio me aparece esto: Instalacion de altavoces(UNKNOWN).

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if installing this W8.1/W10 audio driver gets the sound to work again.

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

gracias por la respuesta, pero me dice que no es compatible con este sofware, al parecer el windows 10, no reconoce a los audios dolby.
