Please tell me which sound driver is best for me. Please don't ask me why I installed the latest OS. The problem is that the sound sometimes crackles in the speakers, and I can't hear you in Telegram or Zoom. I tried using the Beats driver, but it's from 2013 and clearly outdated. Newer drivers are incompatible and won't install.

The problem wasn't with the driver. I don't know how, but the speaker and headphones were set to the same default device. There was sound on the computer, but I enabled a message in the app, and the sound came through the headphones, so I couldn't hear them. The speakers were silent. When I removed the default headphones and left only the speakers.Anyway, this solved the problem.

See if this W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model notebook also works for your notebook:

IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver

6.10.6492.0

sp71886.exe

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

Thanks for your help. I have this driver version. I wrote about it (2013). Unfortunately, the installed applications are not working correctly.

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, that was the latest driver that had any chance of working.
