After updating my notebook "HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D6AV)" windows11 OS to 23H2 version ,i am seeing "no audio device installed ".
I tried connecting with hp virtual assistant also but the problem is still persisting.
Below is the list of solution i tried:
1)Run the Audio Troubleshooter: In Windows 11, you can use the built-in Audio Troubleshooter to automatically detect and fix audio issues. Go to Settings > System > Sound > Troubleshoot to run the troubleshooter.
2)Check Windows Update: Make sure that your Windows 11 is up to date with the latest updates. Go to Settings > Windows Update and click on "Check for updates" to install any available updates.
3)Install the Latest Audio Driver: Visit the HP Support website and download the latest audio driver for your specific laptop model. Install the driver and restart your computer. visited https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/details/hp-envy-x360-13.3-inch-2-in-1-laptop-pc-13-bf0000/model... for the same.
4)Check Device Manager: Open Device Manager by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting "Device Manager." Expand the "Sound, video, and game controllers" category and check if there are any yellow exclamation marks or error icons next to the audio devices. If so, right-click on the device and select "Update driver" to install the latest driver.
5) Read through "https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/Cirrus-Logic-Awesome-Speaker-Amps-Envy-x360-378X1UA/td-..."
