Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c3000 (767L6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, 

At first no speaker sound, so I download from HP site the Realtex Drivers,  restarted the laptop but still no sound. When to Device Manager selected the hidden devices, and no show of Realtex Drivers. Press F10 enter BIOS, but there is NO Integrated Peripherals or the Advanced tab to enable Audio Device.

Is there many thing else I'm missing? Thanks

I assume you have the latest windows 11:  25H2

Here is the March, 2026 audio driver

Make sure the mixer output is realtek and not the digital or a bluetooth device

Thank You for the fast reply, and yes I have the latest windows 11:  25H2, 

That driver is what I already installed, and also ran the  HP’s  Hardware Diagnostic, as it shows the audio driver is updated and installed, but yet testing the output audio the message display, "Device not found

This is from HP site, and I'm only getting the microphones

This package provides the Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver. Audio drivers allow the operating system to communicate with audio devices, such as speakers, microphones, and headphones.
This a copy of what I have on Device Manager that is installed for the audio driver:
Intel Smart Sound Technology for Digital Microphones
