Just post the hardware IDs.

The AMD Audio CoProcessor is responsible for HDMI in my case, but also works with the Realtek audio driver.

In the Device Manager > Intel High Definition DSP > Details > expand hardware ID.

Download the driver > unpack it into a folder with an unpacker like 7-Zip > in the Device Manager >Intel High Definition DSP > Update driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Browse button and select the folder with extracted files from the CAB file > OK > Next > Close
Sometimes a restart is necessary afterwards.

I checked again. This is probably about Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST). The driver should be included in the Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver (sp146900.exe) package already mentioned here. Something must be wrong.
