HP ZBook 17 Mobile Workstation

I have an HP ZBook laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64 bite) and it's Serial No is [Personal Information Removed]. My laptop had a blue screen problem. It restarted on its own and my laptop sound system was deleted and is saying No Audio Driver is Installed. How can I fixed this problem , since the driver has been deleted in totality.

I have tried every option to get it working and it's all with know success.

What sound drivers should I install to sort this issue on my laptop to get it working as normal again.

I will appreciate you helps.

Hi Jos,

 

Thanks for the help. I booted my laptop afresh and the problem as solved. Bios was the culprit in conjunction with Kaspersky. After updating Bios, going through bios setting, I was able to switch Audio Output and all was well - working never before. Kaspersky disabled it.
