I have owned this laptop (refurbished when I got it) since 2020 for my classes and my device is affiliated with Windows 11 Home. Last night, my computer went through an update and when I got on the computer to listen to a recorded lecture, I find out my audio isn't working on my laptop. I clicked on the icon and it said there are no audio output devices on my computer. The audio was working perfectly last night, and now I can't get any sound. I have restarted my computer twice (the second time the update failed and I thought it would fix the audio problem, but it hasn't). I have run the troubleshooting and they are not detecting audio as well. What can I do? I need this laptop for my classes.

Give the full version of windows

for windows 10 type winver in the search box
if you give the best information
