Hi,

I'm having a problem with my audio system since installing Windows 11 and I need a solution, please.

There seems to be a problem with the intel smart sound driver.  

 

You can use the below site to update intel drivers. 

support assistant for drivers

 

Looking at your laptops specs I see that the audio driver is realtek and includes 10.23.00.4880 which may be old.   if the above did not help then try installing the realtek driver designed for your laptop, click here
