Hi guys,
I have a HP OMEN-15ce003na. Afther update yesterday, my audio dosen't work and there is a red cross in the audio tag. It shows 'no audio output device is installed'. And in my audio playback nothing is installed.
After seeing troubleshooting methods from other posts, I go to HP official site to download the new audio device. However, when installing the device, I get a message as 'Error code:-0001 No driver supported in this driver package'.
Thanks so much if you happen to know the solution for this problem!
