I tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstall it, but it didn't help
Can anyone help me?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try this driver and see if it works on your model...
This package contains the driver that enables the IDTHigh-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that arerunning a supported operating system.
File name: sp63555.exe
If that doesn't work you can try this...
1. Select IDT High Definition Audio CODEC on Device Manager.
2. Select Driver tab.
3. Click Update Driver... button.
4. Select -> Browse my computer for driver software.
5. Select -> Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
6. Select High Definition Audio Device (Not IDT High Def... this is important.) and click Next.
Warning message appears, but reply Yes.
7. ! Windows has successfully update your driver software.
8. Reboot the PC
Key is step 6.

Thank you for reply.
I tried both, but it didn't help.
Do you know a way to test if it is a hardware defect?
I haven't used the notebook for a half year and yesterday I installed direclty a fresh win 10 with new ssd.

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't know how to test it for a hardware defect.
I would install the supported operating system (windows 7 64 bit), and see if the sound works on W7.
Many folks having issues with the IDT audio on some PC's after installing W10.

Ok, I have tried the second hint again, but deinstalled all devices before that. Now it works fine.
I have another problem 😞
On startup the windows Icon appears, then the WiFi led on F12-Key turns from orange to white and then the screen gets black for 1 minute. After this minute it starts normaly...
This happens on every start.
Is there a way to analyze this?
Sorry I see it's the wrong topic I posted this. I will create a thread in "Notebook Boot and Lockup"
