My Realtek sound device is no longer working. I've tried multiple potential solutions. I had updated to the newest version of Windows over a week ago and it had been working fine. My laptop rebooted while I had walked away from it and now my sound device will no longer work. I've tried reloading the drivers from HP support which claims it doesn't work with my version of Windows. I've attempted to rollback the Windows updates with no success. I'm at a loss for what I can do at this point. Any insight or further recommendations?

Geez! Just posted this for help here and then went to do some more digging and managed to find a different Realtek HDA driver that did the trick! So anyone with the similar problem, give this a try.
