Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I have an HP Envy Notebook, Product number: 5XK97UA#ABA.  It no longer plays any sound, even using the headphones jack.  When I did diagnostics and troubleshooting nothing worked.  It says I do not have any input or output devices.  So I went into Device Manager, followed some troubleshooting tips, no success.  I uninstalled all the audio drivers and when I reboot they are back.  I updated all the drivers from the HP support site and did a hard reset, then checked updates and hp assistant for drivers again.
