Thank you for the link, wierdly enough I had the same 4 installations in my Windows update also. I went to the control Panel and uninstalled Realtek Audio to remove the Realtek SST. It removed the Realtek SST and Intel HD Audio, retsarted and had some sound. Within minutes the sound had gone again.
Went back to the HP website, when trying to install the latest driver at the last point it would error and closed. So I then installed the very first driver for my Omen by HP laptop and this installed sucessfully.
I then installed the drivers released before the latestes ones, this worked also. Rebooted and installed the latest drivers with success.

Could you please send the links for the older drivers that you have used? I tried everything but nothing helped me yet.
EDIT: I've already managed to fix it. Thank you very much for your help.
