Post upgrade to Windows 11, sound and micro phone is not working. please suggest driver.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if this W11 audio driver works for your notebook.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

Sorry to say, it's not helpful. I tried it but the problem remains the same.

Sorry that the W11 driver didn't work.

 

The only other thing I can think of for you to try, would be to see if reinstalling the latest W10 audio driver HP has for your notebook's model series gets the sound to work on W11.
