Post upgrade to Windows 11, sound and micro phone is not working. please suggest driver.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if this W11 audio driver works for your notebook.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

Sorry that the W11 driver didn't work.

 

The only other thing I can think of for you to try, would be to see if reinstalling the latest W10 audio driver HP has for your notebook's model series gets the sound to work on W11.

If that doesn't work either, I recommend you contact HP support in India and see if they can help, since I don't work for or represent HP, and volunteer my time to help other forum members such as yourself.
