Product: Pavilion Laptop 15-ck0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Ink'd bluetooth headphones have terrible audio quality -breaking up, delays - totally unusable. The problem still occurs when 

- the headphones are fully charged

- nothing else is running on the laptop

- there is no other load on the wifi system

- the laptop is plugged in

 

I think I need an updated driver, but the HP Support Assistant shows nothing available. Any hints?

What EXACTLY is your Pavilion Laptop 15-ck0xx  ?  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
