Hello,
my HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg1376ng doesn`t detect the audio output Realtek as of today.
I carried out the following test:
In Windows
Audio Test - No Hardware
Device Manager no audio / video / gaming controller is visible at all
Windows Audio and Audio endpoints in service are set to automatically

HP Hardware
HP Diagnostics locates the speaker and it works testwise here  
Other devices as headset via USB and Bluetooth work work here and also in Windows

Any idea how to fix it. Thx, Stefan

I finally found a fix for my speaker problem!!! CCleaner did whatever they do and now my speakers are working. I don't know what they did, but the fixed it! Yay!
