Hello
I need to install a new microphone -Boya- & it's not working immediately , so after searching it's said that the appropriate Realtek must be installed
I searched for this model's HP Realtek HighDefinition HD Audio Driver Windows 10 , but couldn't find it.
Any help please?

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the Windows 64 bit audio driver directly from the Realtek site.
It is good for Windows Vista through Windows 10.
Accept the agreement.
Download and install the Windows 64 bit driver and restart the PC.

Hi:
It's me again...
I was thinking on this some more, and don't most if not all, g6 notebook's have the IDT audio controller?
I can't find any that have the Realtek audio.
Your post requesting a Realtek audio driver for W10 threw me off, and I completely overlooked the g6.
So, if your notebook is a g6-1cxx, g6-1xxx or g6-2xxx notebook, see if this W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model HP notebook also works on yours.
Restart the PC after installing the driver.
This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
