Hello @Orochimanco

(1) Use INTEL Realtek* High Definition Audio Driver for Windows® 10 64-bit

Download zip file

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19255/realtek-high-definition-audio-driver-for-wind...

(2) Extract zip file

(3) Install / Update driver

(4) Reboot and test again ...

I installed that alternative driver that you mentioned, by  going to the device manager and uninstalling the one that is causing trouble, and then installed the alternative one, now the crackle and sizzle happens a little bit later, but still happens,

at this point i´m thinking that the problem may be the sound card but when i left the generic driver from windows, the problem dissapears( but it sounds like and old radio ahahah )

Hello @Orochimanco

Recommendation and solution(s)

(1)  Please replace the speakers

HP spare part numberL23900-001
Part Description Speakers (include cable)

See:

Maintenance and Service Guide

(2) If (1) does not work, your sound chip/device is not working 100%

(3) Live with the error or buy another (new/used) notebook

The speakers are not the problem, because when i plug in an external audio device, it also has a crackle sound,

one last question, how did you find the compatible driver when i gave you the id ?

By the way, I´m very grateful for the help, i will mark your reply as a solution, because it really was the closest thing to a solution to my problem

Best regards, Pablo 🙂

You're welcome  😊

The last driver:

I remembered that there is a Realtek driver directly from Intel because your Realtek audio device has an Intel chipset. I remembered that now purely by chance, I had a similar problem in the past with a sound device like this.
