Hi All,

I recently bought the Sennheiser HD 700 headphones online. However, every time I connect them to my HP 15.6" Pavilion 15-cs3010nr laptop, I hear a crackling noise/disturbance. I even tried cleaning the headphones using the following instructions: https://headphonesproreview.com/how-to-clean-headphones/ but nothing works. Can it be a compatibility issue? Please let me know how to go about it. If it's a compatibility issue, I may have to return the headphones and buy new ones.
