Side speakers crackle and cut out

The back speaker works. However the left and right speakers sometimes work, crackle or have no sound at all. I've tried installing the latest drivers and BIOS however the issue remains. What should I do to get them to work?

I understand you are facing an Audio issue with your HP ENVY X360 15.6 Inch 2-In-1 Laptop PC 15-Ee1000 (2E2L0AV).  I really appreciate your efforts in trying to troubleshoot.
