When I download Bang and Olufsen audio controller application from Microsoft Store then it popped up a error code as I mentioned in the subject. And, it only occurs with this application while other than this all applications are downloadable.

I have tried multiple solutions from discussions which are asked at this platform, but failed to resolve the issue. For instance, uninstalled drivers and install drivers, cleared cache of MS Store, etc.

Hi @Abdul_Qadeer-99,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

I suggest that you run the Windows app troubleshooter to scan your computer, identify the problems, and attempt to fix the issues automatically. If the troubleshooter can't find anything, I also suggest that you reset the Store app. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Store > Advanced options > Reset.

Or follow the steps.

If you're in Windows 10 and you're having problems with an app from Microsoft Store, consider these updates and fixes.

First, sign in to your Microsoft account. Next, work through these possible solutions in the order presented.

1

Make sure Windows has the latest update: Select check for updates now, and then select Check for updates.  Or, select the Start Windows logo Start button, then select Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon > Update & Security Circular arrows Sync icon > Windows Update Circular arrows Sync icon > Check for Updates. If there is an available update, select Install now.

2

Make sure that your app works with Windows 10. For more info, see Your app doesn't work with Windows 10.

3

Update Microsoft Store: Select the Start Windows logo Start button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more Three-dot More icon > Downloads and updates > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.

4

Troubleshoot games: If you're having issues installing a game, see Troubleshoot game installations on Windows 10.

5

Repair or reset your apps:  See Repair or Remove programs in Windows 10.

6

Reinstall your apps:  In Microsoft Store, select See more Three-dot More icon  > My Library. Select the app you want to reinstall, and then select Install

7

Run the troubleshooter: Select the Start Windows logo Start button, and then select Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon > Update & Security Circular arrows Sync icon  > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps  > Run the troubleshooter.

If the issue persists then try re-registering the Store app. Perform these steps: ( suggested by the Microsoft community )

1. Search for Windows PowerShell using Cortana or Windows Search.

2. From the results, right-click on Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.

3. Then type the following command and press Enter key:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Let the command completely.

4. Close Windows PowerShell and check Store app, it should work fine now.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
