Sound stopped working

Chimmey, at 2 weeks old laptop, and by the way i like very much except for the sound problem, i think is better for me to

just return at costco, for a full refund.

to send back for service, will take many days plus shipping cost etc.

i will call them to see my options, but for sure to send back i dont think so.

Any way i want to thank you for your effort helping us
