@azhiker2000 The other tech seemed to have responded with the last resort, although, before we get there, there's one more thing I'd suggest you do, click here for steps and this should do the trick as it's been concluded to be a software issue, and the difference between a reset and a recovery, is that a recovery deletes the partitions on the drive, recreates it, then reinstalls a fresh copy of the OS and the software/driver as well, whereas a reset would only reset the factory shipped OS.
