I have sent my laptop twice to repairing services due to a problem with the left speaker, the problem is that the sound is intermittent and after a few minutes it stops working completely. I expected this problem would have been solved after the first repair process but it was not, and for my surprise after the second repairing process the problem persists.
Also for my surprise when I received my laptop back I noticed that it was mistreated because it has many scratches it did not have before. I am very upset because I did not expected that a company as HP to have such a poor quality in your repairing services.
And also after the second service, my laptop shuts down unexpectedly when it is in sleep mode, besides I already checked the power settings.
