Spectre x360 2-in-1 15.6"

I just notice today that speakers sound terrible and only the left one is working in terrible crackling terrible sound.

It was fine the other day. I tried to fix it myself by updating all the sound drivers and through HP support assistant app.

I Should mention that i'm very very very very very disappointed by HP, I paid a lot of money for my laptop and its the third time i have to spend hours of my time to try to fix the problems. It's has been a real headache!! I Just fixed few weeks ago drivers update and not even a month later this happened. Please find a solution.

@SKERDI I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
